Home, I'm Darling

HID.jpg

Every marriage needs a little fantasy to keep it sparkling. But behind the gingham curtains, being a domestic goddess isn't as easy as it looks...

This Spring, GADS presents Laura Wade's brilliant "Home, I'm Darling", a dark comedy about cake, gender and the quest to be the perfect 1950s housewife. It is a sharp, funny and strikingly perceptive play. Through the seemingly idyllic marriage of Johnny and Judy, the play explores what women might want and how they might successfully achieve it.

Each performance will have a fully-licenced bar.

Saturday night will be a Supper Night which includes a two-course meal and wine (tickets must be purchased in advance).
